Ab Astris Winery is a family-owned winery dedicated to making the best wines produced with Texas-grown fruit. Producing handcrafted vintages in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. The seven 12 acre vineyard was planted in 2018 – 2019 and consists of four acres of Tannat, two acres of Souzao, two acres of Clairette Blanche, two acres of Petite Syrah, and two acres of Montepulciano.
