Reminder!

Effective January 1, you will no longer be able to adjust the rate for the number of people staying over the course of your stay. You rate for each night will be based on the maximum number of people coming.

We’ve been forced to take this step because of abuses over the last few years. The vast majority of our customers are honest people who would never consider trying to sneak people in, or try to game the system. The few that do often cause damage to the houses, and their numbers seem to be increasing.
