New Check-In Time

Our homeowners are having more difficulties getting home ready for 2 pm check-ins, and have been asking us for several months to move the check in time to 3 pm. Since we do not own or manage the properties, we have changed our check-in time servicewide.

Beginning January 1, 2014, the check-in time at all of our properties will be 3 pm.

If a house is marked clean it may be possible to get an earlier check-in. But we cannot guarantee any early check-ins for any property. We will not be able to release keys to properties until 3 pm.
