Billy Mata and Texas Tradition Band at Pat’s Hall – February 9

Billy Mata and the Texas Tradition Band play traditional country and western swing music at its best. They are the most nominated band by the Academy of Western Artists, and Winner of the 2009 Western Swing CD of the Year, “This is Tommy Duncan.” They have also just released a brand new CD entitled, “By Request.”

The band has been performing traditional music for Texas dancehalls and a brand new generation of western wing dancers. The music is all energy, heart, spirit, and the magic musical talent of Billy’s band, The Texas Tradition, now celebrating more than 30 years together!

The dance is from 8 to midnight, and doors open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 per person and children 12 and under are free. Tickets will be available at the door. BBQ sandwiches, sausage wraps and chips and queso will be available, as well as a beer and wine cash bar. Sorry, no BYOB. Tickets are available online.
